Chris Aniszczyk is an engineer by trade with a passion for open source technologies, scaling infrastructure and building developer communities. Currently, he resides at Twitter, where he runs their open source engineering efforts and helped them scale their infrastructure over the years. Previously, he spent many years working in open source engineering outfits within IBM, Red Hat and even bootstrapped a successful open source consulting company that got acquired. Chris is also an advisor, investor or board member in @nodesource, @gitbook, @4thtap, @playtogga, @eclipsefdn, and @wanderable. His interests lay in bourbon, trail running, urban farming and craft beer. He is currently CTO of Linux Foundation.
