THE CENTER OF GRAVITY FOR ENTREPRENEURS IN TEXAS
If you haven’t already heard we’re bringing NewCo Festivals to Austin on May 29th! This is your chance to connect with companies in Austin making a difference and driving innovation within our city limits. It all starts tonight! Join Capital Factory and NewCo VIPs at Atlassian’s offices in downtown to kick off the festival with a special fireside chat featuring NewCo Co-Founder, John Battelle (Co-Founding Editor of Wired). In addition, we will have former CNN correspondent, and current Daily Dot Executive Producer, Josh Rubin, interviewing John Betelle for the night! If anyone is interested in a press pass, please email press@capitalfactory.com.
All VIP attendees will receive a special preview of what the Capital Factory birthday celebration entails! You won’t want to miss this. Buy tickets and add to your schedule below.
What is NewCo?
NewCo is a new kind of event experience: a mashup of an open studio tour and a business conference, with the vibe of a music festival. Register to attend sessions given by local companies and organizations. You get to pick which sessions you would like to see and which company/organization you’d like to visit in their native environment.
Why should you attend?
80+ of Austin’s awesome and innovative companies are ready to tell you how they’re making an impact both globally and locally. These companies will open their doors for one-hour experiential sessions led by local founders and entrepreneurs. Get ready for behind-the-scene tours of cutting-edge work environments and founders candidly sharing insights from their journey.
Which sessions should you sign up for?
A few times a week, we will feature 10 sessions you should check out on 5/29!
