Igor Matrofailo is an Information Technology Consultant at SoftServe. Having 9+ years of hands-on experience in software development and IT consulting backed up with MSc in Computer Science, Igor deeply understands technical aspects of software architecture and its business application. Under process consulting value propositions (including Microsoft ALM and Agile Transformation), Igor manages implementation of enterprise and small business solutions according to PMP and Agile practices.

Kseniya Kobryn is a Chief Scrum Master and Agile Coach at SoftServe. As an Agile ambassador and promoter of clear understanding of the theory, methods and values behind the Scrum framework, Kseniya provides training and coaching sessions for development teams, stakeholders and anyone else that could benefit from Scrum or Kanban.
