THE CENTER OF GRAVITY FOR ENTREPRENEURS IN TEXAS
Texas Convergent Forge Expo
Looking for a networking opportunity to get more involved with the next generation of talented UT Austin students interested in tech and entrepreneurship?
Come check out the amazing projects created by students in UT Austin’s Texas Convergent Forge program this semester in this showcase networking event. Texas Convergent is UT’s largest computer science and business organization and Forge is one of our programs that connects talented students to their community. Forge consists of projects created alongside nonprofits, Meals on Wheels and QWELL, as well as startups ShoMe, DownLand, Libra, and Personalized Eats. Our students have worked alongside these nonprofits and startups in a semester long co-op and have created various solutions to their tech problems such as analytic tools, apps and websites. The students will showcase their projects in an open booth style while other students and members of the startup community can walk around, check out their work, network, enjoy snacks, and more! If you’re interested in getting involved with talented students to help with your startup, this is the perfect event to attend! This is a great networking opportunity to bridge the gap between the Austin startup ecosystem and the next generation of students at UT!
