What is NewCo?

NewCo is a global platform that curates a lineup of mission-driven companies who are reshaping the landscapes of their chosen markets. They embrace a culture of openness and collaboration, and view work as more than a job – it’s a calling. We call these companies “NewCos”. Read more about what it takes to be a “NewCo“. Companies like airbnb, Twitter, Etsy, Hampton Creek, Google, LinkedIn, and hundreds more have already been honored, and joined the NewCo movement as host companies.

How does a NewCo festival work?

During a NewCo festival, each company hosts a one-hour session in their headquarters, giving festival attendees an up-close and personal look inside what these mission driven companies are doing and how they do it. The two day festival is a dynamic and intensive series of these one-hour sessions inside the offices of innovative, transformational companies. Below is a one-minute video that describes the NewCo experience.

NewCo attendees pick the sessions they are most interested in, download the app and navigate around the modern working city and actually get inside each NewCo. Once inside there are a wide variety of experiences: office tours, product demos, workshops, test drives, tastings, hard hat tours, dress rehearsals, Q&A, and yes, some presentations too!
