Sebastian is a Senior Software Developer at Talos Digital with more than 8 years of experience in the IT industry. In additions to founding several IT startups, Sebastian has led many large-scale enterprise projects for notable Fortune 500 companies. He has experience as a developer, software architect, Scrum Master, IT recruiter, and college professor. With a history of managing teams of 150+ engineers dispersed around the globe, Sebastian is an expert on the ins and outs of offshore and nearshore development.
Chad Perry Bio:
Chad is an entrepreneur with a focus on technology. In 1997, at age 15, he developed, marketed, and profitably sold his first software product. After graduating from the University of Texas with an aerospace engineering degree, he served as co-founder and partner at Clarity Ventures, an Austin firm specializing in enterprise e-commerce for mid-market companies through 2012. Following Clarity, Chad dedicated his professional life to helping investors make better decisions when evaluating technology opportunities. His primary focus is now on 1) finding unique opportunities to build or invest in technology businesses around the world; and 2) sharing his accumulated experience with other investors through Capital Strategy Labs. In his free time, Chad likes to ride on two wheels, travel, and fly recreationally.
