Startup Angels is partnering with Capital Factory to bring the Startup Angel Workshop to Austin this October.

The workshop is divided into four sessions which provide new angels and wealth management professionals an introduction to the business of investing in technology startups, a framework for thinking about startup investing in the context of overall portfolio diversification, and a practical guide to the mechanics of choosing, negotiating and managing investments. At the same time, community leaders can learn how to become workshop facilitators in order to strengthen the connectivity of their investment community and attract more investment into their local markets.
