Tricia is Co-founder and CMO of ZGIVE, a state-of-the-art virtual auction and digital fundraising company helping nonprofits simplify fundraising. ZGIVE has led with innovative digital solutions including the first scan-to-give QR code and READY-FUNDRAISER™, an innovative portfolio of turnkey auction and fundraising solutions for busy nonprofits. Tricia also co-founded Give.Hope.Love, a nonprofit created to provide resources to help foster kids thrive in the U.S.
Tricia established her career at Landor Associates, a top-5 global branding and design agency in San Francisco. Over the last twenty-five years, she has led domestic and global brands in brand strategy, design, insights, creative development, research and marketing. Her career includes working with global brands such as Microsoft, Frito-Lay North America, Chandon Estates, Quaker Foods, Bradesco Bank in Brazil, and many more.
Upon leaving Landor, Tricia founded a virtual agency, Wickham Branding (formerly her last name) where she established a partnership with former employer Landor Associates. Tricia spent 15 years leading initiatives for partners Landor Associates and Perspective Branding, providing strategic direction and consumer insights to support their clients, while managing her own roster of clients including Dr. Pepper, Microsoft Brazil, Bank of Portugal and more.
Tricia, in partnership with the CEO and President of Perspective Branding, created InspireTM, an innovative online platform and methodology that redefined the way brands utilized consumer insights for design and brand development. Tricia led the strategy and research for InspireTM and was instrumental in helping organizations such as Quaker, Tostitos, Life Cereal and other high-level brands develop consumer validated packaging design and brand strategy.
Prior to ZGIVE, Tricia spent seven years leading branding, design, and marketing for global nonprofit EMF, K-LOVE/Air1 and additionally, advising the CEO on brand strategy, architecture, and development. In addition to marketing, design and branding, Tricia led the creation, development and launch of new products and technology offerings including The K-LOVE Racing game, K-LOVE Family, Impact Magazine, and establishing first-ever marketing opportunities with mainstream brands, Amazon, United Airlines, and Southwest Airlines.
