Once a month, the tech-enabled services companies of Capital Factory get together to discuss the struggles and successes of working in service and marketplace. Last month, we went over some roadbumps and best practices when it comes to hiring and this month we’re going to be talking about customer service.
How do you handle it through people you’ve hired but don’t work with directly every day? What are best contact methods for efficient and productive customer service: phone, in-app messaging, chat bots? Do you share positive customer service experiences on social media?
