Something a little off with a co‑founder, exec, or key person? One situation that’s been hanging around because what to say seems tricky?
This free 90‑minute in‑person Founders Situation Lab is time set aside to work on that, with other founders doing the same.
In this session, you will:
– Pick one real situation that’s been taking up way too much headspace.
– Put into words what’s actually going on and why it matters now.
– Leave knowing what to say and what to do afterward in the next week or two.
You can ask questions and get help, or just work through the prompts.
It’s a focused space to move one important situation closer to handled, so you can spend more time building the company instead of arguing about it in your head.
