Since starting her agency Flight PR in 2013, she has advised clients across tech, marketing, design, entertainment, and legal cannabis. She has driven communications for over 300+ launches and developed B2B and B2C communications strategy on behalf of world-class brands including Google, LinkedIn, Match Group, Samsung, and Taco Bell. In 2019, Alysha co-founded Joint PR, the first women-of-color-owned PR agency specializing in the legal cannabis, health & wellness spaces.
