Chris Palmisano

Chris Palmisano is a Fractional COO and a Partner affiliated with Cirrus Capital, an alternative finance firm. Prior, he was Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystems at Osano, a Capital Factory portfolio company in data privacy. He serves on the board of Austin’s Social Venture Partners chapter, is a partner/mentor at Capital Factory, and is a teacher/mentor at Founder Institute Texas. In his career, he has held nearly every revenue-producing role from account manager to CEO. He has held leadership roles in sales, marketing, business development, and operations at several technology companies such as SolarWinds and Google. Prior, he was Founding COO at fintech Rocket Dollar, also a Capital Factory portfolio company, which Retired.com acquired. Chris is a guest lecturer at business schools, an active angel investor and syndicate lead with several notable deals in Austin (Everly Health, Aceable, Osano), Founding Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners, and an advisor to several startups and nonprofits.
