About Eric Hennenhoefer

Eric Hennenhoefer is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive with extensive experience in microprocessor design, computer hardware and software, technology roadmaping, AI/ML, and a wide range of emerging technologies. He is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Cerfe Labs, a semiconductor memory device and materials research company he spun out of Arm Research. Eric has also been an active partner and mentor at Capital Factory, a startup accelerator and venture capital firm based in Austin, Texas, since 2014. He has mentored promising startups and provided guidance on scalability, business processes, strategic planning, coaching, and leadership. Prior to Cerfe Labs, Eric co-founded Obsidian Software, a leading provider of verification technology and software used in the design of microprocessors, which was later acquired by Arm. After the acquisition, he worked at Arm for 9 years, including 5 running Arm Research, where he oversaw a wide range of technology projects targeting a 5-10 year time horizon. Eric is passionate about engaging with entrepreneurs and helping them achieve commercial success. He has also been actively involved in various entrepreneurial activities since moving to Austin in 1995, including serving as President of the Austin Chapter and Texas Region of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO). ------> eric.hennenhoefer@cerfelabs.com
