Hi, Omer, and I’m a Deep Tech-Founder, Startup Execution Systems Coach, and Artist based in Austin, TX. Over the past decade +, I’ve lived the deep-tech founder’s journey end to end, co-founding a company (qwake.tech) that built a life-saving AR/thermal vision platform for firefighters to see through smoke, track their location, and monitor their exposure. Along the way, I co-developed more than 14 prototypes, helped raise ~$19M, navigated brutal pivots, and partnered with the U.S. Government to bring advanced tech into the field. Those years in the trenches left me with both the scars and the playbook to support founders walking the same wild path. At Capital Factory, I mentor as a co-pilot and thought partner for deep-tech founders. My focus is on helping founders step into their leadership while stretching their runway, building smarter, and sharpening their edge, whether that’s with R&D, product, people, or pitch. Outside of startups, I’m also an artist.
