Born in a rural mountain town in China with a big dream to see the world, Wen taught herself English in four years by using a cassette machine and came to the US in 2011. A decade later with two Master’s degrees, while experienced success through both startups and the corporate world, she is still living her American Dream to see and experience the world and extremely passionate about supporting founders to build their dream business.
She has experience in launching a new business, expanding the market internationally, and scaling and managing the global enterprise. In a Fortune 500 company, she led a $320M yearly product portfolio while managing 400 sales teams across the NA region. She is passionate about supporting founders to grow and scale their business through the pitching process to connect and resonate with investors and customers. Wen holds a Master’s Degree University of Illinois, and an MBA from Duke University.
