Wogbe Ofori has been helping build entrepreneurial ventures for over 25 years. In 2007, Wogbe formed 360APPROACH to engage in advisory work for the Houston Airport System’s development subsidiary, HASDC. This evolved into an opportunity to help launch and build a JV airport investment, development, and operating company backed by a leading Canadian pension fund. Over the next six years, Wogbe led its growth — first as head of business development, then as SVP of Global Operations — to a valuation of $500M with operations in five countries. By 2018, Houston’s current tech innovation and entrepreneurship renaissance kicked into high gear, and it didn’t take long for Wogbe to be drawn in. Recognizing the need to help terraform this emerging ecosystem, the “Purveyor of Perspective” rolled up his sleeves and volunteered hundreds of hours mentoring startup founders and companies through his association with Founder Institute, Capital Factory, MassChallenge, gener8tor, The Cannon, the University of Houston, and Rice University. He also chaired Houston Exponential's Density + Collisions + Connections Strategic Committee. In 2022, Wogbe founded WRX Companies, a open innovation and strategic intelligence firm converging technical, market, and business model insights to guide clients building value in the fourth industrial revolution. Utilizing its Corporate Genome framework, WRX helps clients see around corners and think things through to make wise decisions and get stuff done.
