An entrepreneur who’s equally artist, engineer, and executive 360APPROACH’s Founder and Principal Wogbe (wo-bee) Ofori brings over 25-years of entrepreneurial and executive experience from multiple industries to every engagement. Known as the “Purveyor of Perspective,” his unusually broad and diverse experience has both proven and honed his talents as a generalist advisor.

360APPROACH was founded in 2007 specifically for an engagement with HAS Development Corporation (the development arm of Houston Airport System) to lead various airport privatization bids and technical assistance engagements around the world. Subsequently, Wogbe helped establish ADC&HAS Airports Worldwide (now Airports Worldwide) and was responsible for managing the daily operations of global privatized airport services with assets of $500M, and over 1,000 employees worldwide in subsidiary companies in five countries. Bridging asset management with operations management, Wogbe also served on several of the company’s Boards.

After departing Airports Worldwide in 2014, Wogbe revived the 360APPROACH brand and has grown it into an industry-agnostic boutique advisory and management services company supported by a mix of highly-talented employees and contract personnel extensively trained in the ways of the Force. A natural didact, he’s also mentored over 50 startup founders and companies through his association with startup development organizations Capital Factory (Texas’ most active venture capital firm), MassChallenge, gener8tor, and the University of Houston’s SURE (Stimulating Urban Renewal through Entrepreneurship) program.
