Revenue optimization is notoriously hard. Big Little AI is a software tool that helps companies by learning the functioning of their revenue engine, continuously identifies and eliminates possible leaks, alerts stakeholders to take remedial action, and overall provides ongoing governance. Currently, software products focus on specific aspects of the revenue engine -- either just marketing, sales, customer success, product, or finance while Big Little combines all of these functions. (See slide 7) Big Little's main focus is B2B tech companies with a revops function.
