Virdee is making a universal and digital hotel guest experience, primarily replacing the outdated and manual front desk check in process that is repetitive and manual. This can save millions to hotels, especially chains offering budget focused experiences. Before Virdee, guests across the US have to repeatedly participate in the slow and repetitive check in process at any hotel they stay at. Even if they've been to the hotel many times before, there is some level of repetition that slows down their guest experience. From the hotel's perspective, millions to tens of millions of dollars are being spent on front desk labor to run the manual, repetitive tasks of checking an ID, credit card and printing an access card or handing out a key.
