NowCuisine deploys autonomous ZipKitchen™ kiosks that serve restaurant-quality hot, fresh meals in 2 minutes, 24/7. We're targeting locations traditional foodservice can't easily reach, or which often become food deserts at night or on weekends, such as hospitals and 3-shift factories. Our software-centric tech leverages low-cost hardware. Meanwhile, our ops-light business model (customers make the food and restock the kiosks) generates recurring revenue. Our team has done this before: Our CEO brought three distinct 3D printing technologies to market including the first 3D printer, and founded two exited startups. Our CTO pioneered robotic foodservice kiosks and exited to Coca-Cola. Advisors include the founder of Chili's and the director of MIT's leading AI/robotics lab. We've completed our Capital Factory pilot and are preparing to launch the Production kiosk in January '27 under a signed contract with a ~$1B national operator. We're raising a pre-seed round (partially funded) to finance early deployment.
