This policy explains how Capital Factory handles information collected through capitalfactory.com. Capital Factory is the data controller.

How we use it
To review applications and operate our funds and programs, to respond to you, to secure and improve the site, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information with vendors that help us run the site and our programs, under contract and only as needed — including Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN/security), pitch.vc (application and portfolio data), Lu.ma (events), and Postmark (transactional email).
